Kelly Evans is the BEST! I had the difficult task of selling my mom's outdated condo in PV and Kelly made it so much easier and less stressful for me. She is quick to respond, so efficient, so easy to work with, and she was hands-on the entire time (even helping me clean out and oversee the staging of the property). She also dealt with the difficult HOA and made sure we passed all inspections - I didn't have to talk to anyone which was great.
