Love this little area of town houses. Safe, clean, quiet, and so lovely. I don't personally live here, I have a friend who's a resident. And she loves her unit as much as I love visiting it. It's a 2 story, 2 bedroom unit with in home washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
I really like my apartment and location of Kellinger Greene. I only would appreciate the policy about smoking cigarettes or marijuana on the property to be enforced! And for neighbors to be more aware of how much noise made especially late at night.
So I've been trying to drop off. An applicaution and on their website says their hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 830 to 4 so I thought OK. I'll hold my application. And I will go into the office on Friday. So I got there and they were closed. They had new hours posted. Monday, Wednesday, 9 to 4 so I thought okay, I will be back on Monday so I went back on Monday and lo and behold. They're still closed even though I just sit outside for a 1/2 hour waiting for them. So it wonder how valuable. Is are there tenants if no one is ever in the office to accommodate them
We love our home here💝
If only they answered the phones... beautiful places but getting into these places seems near impossible. I applied 2 years ago multiple times
