Awful service. If I could give “0” stars I would. Emily Armstrong was my agent. I can tell you she never reviewed or provided me comps. Never negotiated $1 on my real estate transaction. Has absolutely no knowledge of the market I bought in, causing me to overpay $100k. Her and her agency are fly by nights. Go to someone more reputable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Do yourself a favor. I’ve warned you with my experience. Buyer beware of my mistakes with them.
