I would urge any property owner to be cautious about listing a property with this firm. Keller Williams listed this property two weeks ago in my neighborhood and it now appears to have squatters in it. This is potentially a very dangerous situation for residents in the neighborhood as well as Realtors and buyers who go to view the property. I hope no one gets hurt in an easily preventable situation. We have reached out to Keller Williams and they are not willing to do anything about the situation. As you can see they didn’t even do a basic cleanup before listing the property as trees are growing out of the gutter and the back yard is a few feet high.
