This company needs to be more cautious about who they choose to do business with. In my experience, Quincy Smallwood handled my tenancy in a highly unprofessional and unethical manner. I was given a 24-hour demand to vacate, offered a refund to leave immediately, and then locked out of the property without any formal court eviction process. The locks were changed, and I was later told I had no binding contract because he allegedly did not sign the lease. I strongly dispute these actions and the narrative that has been presented since. Months later, I am still dealing with the fallout of this situation and ongoing attempts to collect money that I believe are unjustified. If you are considering working with this company, I encourage you to thoroughly understand your rights, document every

Re: Kenyattis Surrant 443693 I reached out to this agent through social media because I’m interested in purchasing a property and wanted to learn more about his services. He scheduled a Zoom meeting and stated that I would be expected to sign a contract after the meeting, which felt premature considering this was our first conversation. During the call, the discussion became centered around religion and race rather than my real estate goals. Instead of redirecting the conversation back to real estate when I expressed my discomfort, he ended the meeting, hung up in my face, and blocked me on social media. That felt extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. At no point did he ask what I was looking for, my goals, or how he could help me. I would not recommend him to serious buyers looking

Agents will lie and misrepresent themselves as well as what the T&C’s mean in their contract with you in order to become your agents on terms that benefit them while negatively impacting you. Ensure a lawyer reviews any contract you sign with them before signing as a best practice, and DO NOT allow them to consult with you on what their contract means. 0/10. They allow their agents to violate GREC rules regularly and do not hold them accountable. Do not work with anyone here under any circumstances, especially, Joschela Wilcox. I have attached screenshots of correspondence between me and my former agent at this location where she formally requesting to end our business relationship (in spite of our contract being expired prior to this discussion), subsequently asked for permission to show
