Our experience with Julia Puig Jordan was terrible from start to finish. She made a major mistake on our lease and then expected us to sign a new version with unreasonable changes after we had already signed the original agreement. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, she pressured us to accept her new terms without discussion. Beyond that, her communication style was aggressive and unprofessional. She treated our agent poorly and constantly pushed us for immediate responses, even on important decisions. For example, we were approved in the morning and, by 4 PM the same day, she was demanding we choose between a 14-month or 26-month lease, despite never mentioning these terms before.
