It’s pretty pathetic that the majority of their positive reviews come from their own real estate agents!! Just more deceptive practices from this business! I had a terrible experience with Austin Waters at Keller Williams. He is like a snake. Austin was kind and informative until I signed the contract. After I signed things took a turn. He came into my home when I wasn’t there, brought other people in and left my back door wide open! I have cameras in the home, I called him right as he was leaving and ask him to go back to secure my home. HE REFUSED! He said he was pretty sure he closed it up would not turn around!! Keller Williams Realty Winter Haven represented the seller for a home I purchased with my husband. They were unfortunately the worst part of our home buying experience due to their very poor communication and constant delays, which caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. The seller was an older individual living alone who I believe needed a bit more support from her agent. The agent representing her was difficult to reach (according to my agents who were wonderful) and when we pressed him about his constant delayed response times, his response was to brag about how many homes his company closes.
