absolutely dissatisfied. looked at a house twice for rent. made it clear to the agent that we were going forward with it. send me a lease and my move in date set for 2 weeks later. didnt pay my deposit at 11pm on a sunday night. texts me at 530pm the next day after knowing i was out of town and says sorry we can no longer except your lease as you didnt pay your deposit.

When I began looking for a house, I went to Keller Williams Realty. Greg Alexander was my realtor. He and his team made buying my first house an absolute breeze. I have heard so many horror stories in the past of others experiences with realtors...my experience was nothing like that at all. When I began seriously looking, we had to work around the holidays, snow, rain and ice storms, flooding; you name it, and we dealt with it. Greg took it all in stride, telling me everything would be fine. Now as of 2/5/25 I am in my new home, and I can't begin to imagine ever having to buy another house without Greg and his team. If you are looking to buy a house, you should do yourself the favor of contacting them. You will be grateful you did!

They knowingly listed a house that has extensive termite damage and tried to hide it by having a contractor paint over the damage and installing non structural boards in strategic places. It was caught on a home inspection and even after all this they are still not wanting to let me out of the contract. Now I've wasted $1,200 on a home inspection, appraisal, and pest inspection, and put down a $1,000 deposit that I may not get back. Avoid this place like the plague. Update: After having to get a lawyer involved I have finally been released from contract. The actual seller of the house was SWVA Home Buyers LLC, owened by Dustin Henegar. Apparently this was their first house flip and they were the ones that did the renovations and covered up all the termite damage among other things. It is
