Very bad experience with Jennifer Wais, she was the selling agent for one of the properties my wife and I were interested in. We made an offer above asking price, were told by our agent four days later that the seller decided to pull the property off market. The property remained ’active’ on realtor and Zillow and was never taken off market. Today, five days later after we were told that they were taking it off market the property has a pending offer on it. I couldn’t believe it. We tried reaching out to Jennifer and she left us in the dark, didn’t communicate anything back to our agent. Very disappointed with how they handled the this. Unethical and unprofessional behavior. I don’t recommend anyone working with her or this agency.

When we signed our buyer’s contract with Chris Rushton, we made it VERY clear about the requirements for VA loans as well as the horrible experiences we had with previous realtors not listening to my needs (medical). Within 5 hours of placing an offer on a home, He wanted to removed the hit list from the purchase and sale. Completely remove it from the legal, binding contract. Even though we explained how that burned us in the past. So we canceled the home contract and have since requested a termination of buyer’s agreement. We then spent days getting bullied saying they could make us pay a 3% fee (even though the did absolutely nothing but write up one P&S) of $16,000. So — they want two disabled, wounded warrior veterans who can’t work to pay $16,000 on a commission for a roof we d
