Sam Flatland is by far the best real estate agent!! She is highly motivated, extremely knowledgeable, very responsive through texts, emails, calls if I had any questions or concerns she addressed them quickly, we viewed multiple different properties, she listed the pros and cons of every one of them, I ended up purchasing a property in the North Phoenix area, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I’ll always be using Sam for all my future real estate properties, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate

carlie tomaszewski is very unprofessional and very rude to her customers. She really bad with people i dont know why she work there she just making the company look bad. Many people complained about her for years. This company for sure have favoritism.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! 15 days in to living in this house, I had to tear out a newly remodeled shower and completely rebuild it from the floor up because James Thompsons remodeling job was leaking water from the shower floor into the master bedroom underneath the wall. For gods sakes James. Do you have and pride in what you do? James Thompson of Keller Williams was nothing more than a nightmare for me, my realtor and my family buying my first house. If you are a veteran I would advise you to stay away from this real estate team. The VA has not changed their process for over 100 years but for James Thompson a month after he excepted my offer with my VA home loan he decided that he didn’t want to sign an addendum that was mandatory via the contract and also for the VA home loan. Had to deal with this team twice to buy a house. Plus my coworker states they also delt with the same reality group. They play a lot of games. They list a house for 1 price then keep raising it after you make your offers. You can give them the price they list for, pay your own costs Your own warranty and clean contract. They come back and state that the house is actually worth 5,000 or more than what they listed for and that is what they want you to pay. Then if there's others bidding it just gets sad. Plus with the Covid-19 going on. People don't have the money or time for these games. I understand you want to get the best price you can, but you don't have to pull shenanigans. Now I see the last house fell through and is back on the market. And they have relisted the house at the
