Unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Listing agent Erin Brunelle set up an appointment to show us a property at 3pm on 05/20/2016 in Holyoke, MA. We were at the site ..... waited for a half hour, called twice and left voice mails..... she never showed up or called!!!! Tried calling the team leader at KW Northampton..... was promised that they would call me back ...... a week later....... still no response!!
