Keller Williams Local is an incredible office that offers amazing training and resources to their agents. In reading over many of the reviews on this page, I’m seeing that people are expressing frustration with a particular realtor. The reality is that in ANY brokerage, the agents are independent contractors, not employees. If you have a bad experience with a particular agent the proper place to express that would be on that agent’s business page. Having been in the industry for over 15 years now I can attest to the fact that this KW Market Center operates with the highest of standards and expectations, and is one of the TOP rated Keller Williams offices in the NATION. Very unprofessional & do not know real estate laws. Illegal and unlawful interactions. Very pushy against renters rights to privacy! BEWARE ⚠️ TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! PEOPLE HAVE RENTER RIGHTS THAT SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

My fiance & I had a horribly unprofessional experience with one of their realtors. No communication, only communicated with my fiance & not to me, won’t look you in the eye when speaking to you, crosses his arms & will argue with you when you mention an issue. No communication about the actual house buying process thinking we knew everything. No communication about inspection or closing items. Also he cancelled a scheduled appointment with us to “manage his time better because this is his lively hood” aka go show other properties & pushed us on the back burner. Never again will I use a Keller Williams realtor if they are okay with the behavior & the unprofessionalism to homebuyers.
