Well my seller agent has been acting like a buyers agent IMO and I have had to correct her and I have more then a few issues with her. I would not recommend her. I have documented issues with her doing things I did not want done. I am filing a complaint with the FREC becuse of her actions and will do so against the buyers agent that has done a few things that IMO are questionable.

Wendi Kappers is a very unprofessional and unpleasant woman. Beware.
