Initially, I was caught off guard by the first showing being a home out of my budget with a septic tank and constantly mentioning earnest money. I was also displeased with the amount of browsing as the Buyer I had to do for us to even consider viewing anything. Ultimately, I was turned off by the agent saying he sees nothing to consider but found all the homes I suggested "nice, decent, remarkable". I was informed that a $100 relisting fee would cover the termination of my agreement and withdrawal of my listing, yet the process was deliberately delayed over the weekend.
