Being an out of town buyer with a ascetic and a budget I was not the easiest client. Dawn worked with me for over a year to find me the right property at the right price . She arranged for a full inspection and then negotiated the credits' and repairs with a rather difficult seller. Now after closing she is working with her people to get the repair work done - running out to the property in Tijeras to let them in etc. - truly above and beyond the call.
