The 1st realtor assigned to me just quit, and removed all proof she was ever assigned to me, thats Ashley Jones. The second one, after 2 days of being assigned to me said that they refused to help a disabled veteran find a home. Thats Lindsay Grenay. I found a listing I really loved and contacted the listing agent. It took for ever for them to send the application where i had to constantly ask. Upon applying the agent said die to my report, the owner would not work with me. I then explained my situation in detail and even asked for alternatives but never heard back. I left voicemails, emailed and texted with zero resolution. That alone spoke volumes to me as to where this company stands with their level of professionalism and customer service or should I say the lack there of. I am very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend using them if in fact you are looking for results.
