I’m sharing my personal experience with Realtor Steve Purvin and Keller Williams Innovations/Bass Group because the issues I encountered were serious and had real financial consequences for me. What I dealt with was not a one-time error — it was a prolonged pattern of unmet obligations, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of my property. Here are the key points from my experience: • Contract requirements were not completed. Storm windows/doors and working smoke detectors were contractually required before closing. A contractor told me he spent weeks trying to reach the agent, and the unit couldn’t pass inspection because of missing detectors. • The property was left in unacceptable condition. We purchased a home from Yeiry (JD) Sanchez (Keller Williams) She failed to disclose problems with the home which she flipped. During walkthrough we saw a bubble on the ceiling and asked if there was a leak in the roof. She stated she didn't know anything about it. My husband lifted the rug right underneath the bubble on the ceiling and the wood floor was damaged. She had rented "staging" furniture to sell the house and used the rug to cover up the damage, doubling down saying she didn't know anything about this. She sent her roofer to check on the problem. He told us she did know & he was brought in June & august 2024 showing photos on his phone with dates of the work. She still denied knowing about it. We negotiated a price decrease to fix the problems & our roofer found more problems Tw
