Every house we went to see I found on my own looking at listings on sites like zillow. He never showed up on time for any of the homes that he scheduled walk through, he even was late at the final walk through before closing. This guy was told by the listing agent that they had no offers on the house and he offered her 20k over the asking without even consulting with me and he actually did this in front of me. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Rosemarie Johnson. I was interested in a property which I came across on Zillow. I called the number which led me to KW Montgomery; they connected me with Rosemarie and we talked about the house. Throughout the call, she kept making snarky comments like “Well it’s hard for me to catch the spelling of your name if you’re saying it 50 miles per hour.” I told her we weren’t working with a real estate agent and were interested in touring this property.
