Finally getting around to writing this important review from 2 years ago for new Amarillo Home owners looking for an Agent. If I could give a no stars I would. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this Real Estate company. Because of them we purchased a faulty home from a builder the Agent was working with regularly. We were lied to from the Builder and the Agent about the previous buyer that backed out. I had found out later that the previous buyer had hired a lawyer to back out of the contract because of all the issues the builder would not rectify. I called the Broker and he did nothing to help. They cost us over 100k in the loss of a terrible home in Canyon. Use this company at your own Peril!

We had Jennifer Auvermann as our realtor and I cannot sing her praises enough. You can tell she is genuinely a kind person in and out of her working environment. She constantly communicated with us, would answer any questions we had promptly, and was informative without being overly opinionated. Her optimism makes you feel hopeful when looking for a home. She helped us find a home so quickly and gave great tips on what to do to make our offer more appealing on a home that had multiple offers. We ended up getting the home we wanted thanks to her great advice through her years of experience. She truly goes above and beyond and Keller Williams is lucky to have her!
