It’s scam don’t go with Aruna to see any houses after she confirmed with me by email and phone call that we have appointment to show me the house she didn’t show up or even apologize and after more than half an hour waiting for her she started to make excuses and lying by texting me to just be in the safe side with her company.

Well to be honest if you want a team who strives to lie to you and give you the worst service then I can assure you look no further. I was under contract to purchase a property located in south jersey with one of their agents named Erica. When discussing the property and the details on several different occasions it was never brought to my attention that her and the seller were selling the backyard as a separate deal. Never disclosed then and never disclosed within contract and never mentioned prior to title commitment or within the 40 days prior to closing. Just days prior to closing i find out such information and that I am not purchasing the backyard which seemed off to me. My neighbor is a licensed agent with this firm and we spoke about selling my home in September, 2022. We finally put the home for sale in January, 2023. I chose a different agent, different firm and didn't say anything because I feel I didn't owe anyone an explanation. When this person saw the for sale sign this morning I received a very unprofessional and confrontational text message that I will paste here. I can't imagine this firm would want agents communicating so disrespectfully to prospective clients. "Hi Ben, it would have been nice if you would have just been honest with me and not wasted my time for the last year!!!!"
