I cannot say enough about the leadership of this real estate company. They are such givers in our community and have generously helped us with a state of the art space. We are a non profit called Flash Love and work to train youth in business to give them confidence and help them become giving community members through community service. We have a professor from Multnomah University who teaches a 12 week course on starting a business to 20 Clark County high school kids. Without Jennifer Wood their facility manager and owners of Keller Williams we couldn't make this happen.

Working with Lisa to purchase a property in WA was a fantastic experience! We were new to the area and weren't sure exactly where in the Vancouver area we wanted to be and she was patient enough with us to take us to a number of different locations to see what might be the right fit. In addition, we saw over a dozen homes and she was always great at listening to what we loved or didn't love about a particular property and use that information to help narrow down different types of properties and look at ones we may not have even thought of on first glance. Once we did finally find the perfect home, she did a great job communicating with myself and the selling agent throughout the process. There were some issues that showed up in the inspection and Lisa was quick to get contractors in place

they are great at what they do and super courteous. great support and extremely attentive to the needs of the customers. highly recommend if looking for a home in the Vancouver area

Lisa Carlo is amazing! I actually had a different agent at the beginning of my home buying process and I was ready to give up and walk away out of sheer frustration. I asked Lisa for help and she turned it all around in a matter of hours!! My only regret is that I didn't meet her sooner.. it would have saved us a lot of time, and spared us all the angst dealing with the other agent.
