I would make a strong recommendation to avoid these guys. Their Agent Gail Okeefe was a nightmare from the beginning. Her lack of experience of setting up our MLS listing to Photos as well as not fulfilling her fiduciary responsibility, making the home available to show when one of our neighbors who reached out to see the house 16 days prior to us choosing a much lower offer from our asking price. I was contacted by this couple after the date we accepted the lower offer after Gail told them it got sold. Again 15 days after their initial contact with her. She just blew them off multiple times of seeing our house. This potential buyer told us they were prepared to make a full price cash offer on our terms and were ignored. I contracted for and purchased a home listed by this agency, specifically the listing agent was Maureen Safron, and I had a terrible experience. The contract was signed as a "turn-key furnished" home. Upon the walk through I found furniture had been taken out of the house from when I initially saw it and the house lacked much of the "turn-key: features - specifically, dished, linens, pots and pans, etc. If I wanted to move in the day of closing I would be sleeping on a bare mattress, no towels and eating out! When it was brought to the agents attention she made up a story that I had agreed to the removal of the furniture, then decided to change her story to say the furniture was never there when I contracted for the house. My wife and I decided to list out home under Tyler Cook, and it was a horrible decision. He was approving homes without our consent. Also he would not return our messages or give feedback about buyers. We had an offer for our home and he sent the home pre inspection to the buyer. When we decided it was time to part ways his behavior was shocking. He took our key from his lockbox and left it at the door without telling us. When I messaged him to take his sign he ignored me. Ultimately, he was very unprofessional and his lack of knowledge and experience is no excuse for the service he offered us.
