I could never in good consciousness recommend Robert Kalin. My perception was that he was crass, lewd and out of the 5 real estate transactions this was the single worst experience. While the home did close, it was a nightmare to deal with. I stopped communicating with Robert as the deal was currently active. He had to deal with my husband because of his continued "antics" and my unwillingness to speak with him. Heath Hilgenberg the Owner of the Keller Williams La Quinta, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Redlands did not follow up appropriately with complaints of the nature that were escalated. The experience we had with a KW agent named Mark Tucker was appalling. There were a number times he wasn’t being transparent about properties simply because he seemed desperate to close a deal. Do yourself a favor and only work with someone who has closed multiple deals (35+ per year) because the rest is riffraff.
