Keller Williams North Atlanta

Keller Williams is the worst real estate brokerage I have ever dealt with as a seller. A real estate agent named Julian Harris brought an unqualified buyer to our house that did not have proof of funds (a criminal who was trying to steal our house from us). We found out on our own that the buyer was unqualified even though our realtor (Julian) was certain the buyer was legit. The truth was that he and KW were solely focused on getting a big sale, not about whether we were safe or trying to act in our best interest (even though they were representing us). Afterwards, he and Keller Williams took zero accountability of their actions. Luckily, we were able to identify the scam buyer on our own, get out of the contract, and end our relationship with Keller Williams. I would advise anyone in the

Not sure who the agent was who showed my house on Friday but I’m very disappointed with their professionalism. They set off the house alarm during initial entry (code clearly noted on paperwork) and did not reset the alarm when they left. On top of that, when we checked the house the following day the front door was not even closed let alone locked. When people are trusting you to be in their home in their absence and you don’t have the respect to lock up or set the alarm that is a gross violation of trust. This is a poor reflection of Keller Williams north Atlanta if this is the kind of attention to detail you look for in the agents you hire.

KW is a great brokerage with great tools for agents and customers to find success in real estate!

If I can I would have given negation rating. Seller fails to disclose important information about a property(water leaks which they had to call insurance company to fix), buyers (we) had fought to reclaim earnest money. KW was suppose to be buyers company didn't help to get earnest money.

Hires really bad real estate agents. The company I work for completed garage work on one of their agent's home. The agent now has the home up for sale under Keller Williams, as the agent, but he is also the home owner. He was renting the home out and a tenant called us for work on the garage. I was trying to explain to him that she skipped out on the payment, and rather than trying to help me, he went into how it our company's fault and he can get his lawyer. And how our company should have gotten payment from her on day work was completed. He didn't understand anything of what I was saying and was super aggressive and to be honest the whole situation was really weird. I was trying to find someone who had the tenants contact info. Him being the landlord, you would think he would have that?
