Buyer Beware!! In my honest and humble opinion, BlairGroupUSA at Keller Williams Myrtle Beach is giving the Keller Williams name a bad reputation. In my experience, Damian Blair only cares about his best interest ~ a 4% commission from the Buyer, written into my buyer broker agreement. I wish I had read reviews. A 1 star Google review was given for him as well as others at that KW office across other platforms. I also wish I had spoken with my realtor friends from a different state before signing that contract. This was certainly one of those 'live and learn' experiences. BlairGroupUSA at Keller Williams Myrtle Beach is giving Keller Williams a bad reputation. Damian is slow to respond and cancels appointments the same day. I was looking for a property manager and came across Damian’s contact. I asked for him to send me a copy of the agreement ahead of time so that I can ask him questions during his visit to my property. He canceled the appointment the day of saying it’s not his business practice to send the agreement and due to the fact that I asked, he can’t take me on as a client. No legitimate business will have issues sending over their fees and agreement or at the very least won’t refuse to take on a new client because it was requested. Just say you can’t do that and you’ll go over it in person. But that’s not what Damian did. He should not be ruining

Had a great experience with John buying a home in Pawleys Island. It was my first home buying experience and John made it super easy.
