Where do I start? Why one star read on... I sent an email to the seller and buyer real estate agents to request someone remove my property listing from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as Homes.com pulls data from there for my property. Well, I received awful customer service from Sally R Marcelli stating since I waited too long she can't help. However, in another email she said she would look into on Monday. Per Homes.com I was advised to contact both the seller and buyer agents to get my request resolved. I never would have thought Sally R Marcelli would be so unprofessional and rude with someone just looking for assistance. I am writing to report an unprofessional experience at your front desk on August 4th at approximately 11:30 AM. Upon entering the lobby, the receptionist did not greet us. When we mentioned our appointment, she barely acknowledged us and directed us to the wrong room. When we returned for clarification, she responded in a dismissive manner, as if we were inconveniencing her. The lack of courtesy and attentiveness was very disappointing and left a negative impression of your establishment. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more professional and welcoming experience for future visitors.
