I called Paulette Lee Applegarth to see a house. I got tired of playing 20 questions with her and I hung up to call other realtors interested in working that day. I didn't yell or curse or say anything nasty or rude. I simply hung up. She had a big problem with that and sent a long insulting text with her life story. I thanked her for taking the time to text me with an insult. She sent another insult. I finally told her point blank to stop harassing us. Also, I called another realtor and got to see the house today. So at least someone is working for a sale. Not Keller Williams.

If you are looking for a realtor, make sure you ask to work with Sadie Scofield! My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Portage Lakes and we could not recommend Sadie enough! Sadie not only was so helpful and insightful throughout the house hunt process, but she went SO above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We were out of country for a majority of the in contract process and Sadie did so much for us to make sure we were on top of everything. Furthermore, you can tell she genuinely wants you to find the house that is best for you and will do all that she can to make it work. With her help, we were able to get our new dream home at nearly 20% off the listing price! If you are in the hunt for a home, make sure you go to Sadie ASAP!

Horrible experience. New agent Brenden told us that he didn't care if we backed out in a text message. One of his many excuses for not calling was he was boating. Gina was not much better. She wouldn't answer phone calls. Stated she was at the movies and then when we needed her most when we were negotiating with the client for a release of contract she told me "I can't keep responding to your texts" This was Monday morning. Made my daughters first time buying experience horrible. Never again. BEWARE - these people do not care about you!!!!
