Keller Williams Innovate - Wilmington

I had a terrible experience as a first-time homebuyer with this firm/Domenico Grillo. Dual agency was never properly explained (but I was supposed to know that since his sign was out front?), I received zero negotiation support, and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. The home was unavailable for 8 of the 21 days for due diligence. There was no mention or request for an extension. When an inspection revealed ~$8k in structural issues and I wanted the seller to address them, I was met with “Do you want me to terminate the contract?” instead of actual guidance within moments, not after actually bringing my request to the seller. Terrible experience My agent, Jason Bell did not stand up for me. I was given 24 hours to move out of my house after I had been told multiple times that I had 4 more days. The move date had been changed 2 other times to accommodate the other people involved. I didn't get a walk through. When I moved in the house was filthy and things specifically stated in the contract not to take were taken and I had no help trying to recover. Big holes in all the walls where curtain hardware and tv mounts and walls were removed. These people do not stand up for their clients. I do not recommend using them.

I would absolutely recommend using Alyssa Gray! She went absolutely above and beyond to help my husband and I find the right home for us and was very informational throughout the whole process and again I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

I am a realtor in Virginia and had a chance to meet with some of the professionals at this Keller Williams family in Wilmington. They were extremely knowledgeable and took time away from their personal time to meet with me on a Saturday, very impressive!! It didn't take long in our conversation to become aware, that the Keller Williams family truly care about their community and customers. Super informative and I could recommend them to anyone who wants caring, professionals to help them in one of the largest, most exciting investments in their lives, that of finding a special place to call home.

We also enjoyed working with Chris Stewart, Autumn Berry, and Austin Clark. Everyone that we worked with at this office were very helpful, responded quickly, and just did a wonderful job helping us find and close on our home.
