We love Keller Williams! But most of all, our realtor Marc Herbst, is the best!! He sold us our first house back in 2017, and now we are building another, and he is helping us sell the house that he FIRST help us purchase. Hes kind, patient and understanding. Before we found him, we had another realtor who was extremely pushy and just wanted to get a sale. Marc is the complete opposite. Marc actually cares!

We bought our house a couple of months back. Steve Crank was the easiest to work with. We lived in Florida and within two weeks Steve had some houses for us and after a quick trip to Springfield to pick one we had a great deal with no problems. Steve was ALWAYS available to discuss things or to virtually tour a home or ANYTHING, with his knowledge of the market we had a great deal signed, sealed and delivered!!! Thank you Steve

I cannot say enough positive things about the experience I had with Cathy and Nikole of Keller Williams Reality. Both ladies are attentive to detail and very easy to work with. I had a rough go for a time in the beginning, not so much on my end but with sellers and just plain missing out with my offers for some properties. I never felt alone throughout the hunt for a new home, which went on longer than I planned. And that was due to my patience and wanting the right home at the right price and a few failed inspections to boot. Also, I never felt pressured or that I was becoming a nuisance to the Realtors. *SELLERS BEWARE* If you are selling your home in Dayton, and thinking about allowing Keller Williams to represent you, save yourself a lot of wasted time, headache, and frustration, and choose another realtor. My experience with them was a complete waste of time. I had a move-in-ready home that I listed for sale a few weeks before Fall 2018, with realtor Lori Bowling. I had a contract on my home in about 30 days. The day my home went under contract, the 3 showings that were scheduled the following day were canceled. I waited the standard 5 weeks for the buyer to get his inspection, appraisal, and other stuff done. The 5 weeks that I waited was the last 5 weeks of warm, sunny weather before the fall season began. Basically the last 5 weeks of prime showing time for my home. 3 days b
