I had the most horrible house buying experience with a selling agent from Keller Williams Gateway LLC, Nothingham, MD. My buyer agent was from Keller Williams Elite, East Petersburg, PA. Both Real Estate agents were dishonest, unethical, and aggressive. Neither agent worked in my best interest and, in fact, were in collusion. The house I was forced to buy, under duress, had multiple insurance claims on it and other problems which were not disclosed. The price of the house was over inflated also. This company obviously trains agents in unethical practices and use of scare tactics. Their main goal is to get your money at settlement and do not work toward your best interest. Be very aware of these two Keller Williams Agencies - especially Betty Klepetka, KW Gateway, and Yvette Sanabr
