Stay away from Keller Williams in Johnstown and Pittsburg PA. I used two agents Diane Roberts in Johnstown and Kenneth Girty in Pittsburg. Diane started off very nice, I was an out-of-state buyer and seller. Diane looked at a house before purchase and took videos . I thought she was being kind by bringing her friend/contractor Dace Ludwig without me asking to look at the property. They told me it needed a new roof. I didn't want to pay for anything but I didn't want the house to get destroyed so I agreed to get a roof and other recommendations from Dace. I thought work had been done, I paid him what I thought was owed to him. When it came time to sell Diane listed it, but she didn't tell me nothing had been done to the house. I asked and she ignored the questions and would pretend like her

If you are looking for a real estate brokerage that instantly embraces you as family and makes a consistent effort to be always improving for you and your clients than look no where else. You will feel listened too, cared for and not like just another agent on their roster. They had a new building completely renovated because they knew appearance matters to your clients and it should to you as well. Their new space is something to be proud of! Leadership is very present and always available for a chat. A great place to call your real estate “home”!

I don't know how I got so lucky finding Natasha Smith - she knows everything about buying and selling real estate in and around Pittsburgh, and as a native to the area has invaluable perspective on each of the many neighborhoods here! She knows what to look for and avoid, and was a constant source of reassurance and guidance throughout the whole process. Even after closing, she's still willing to stay in touch and give feedback as I take on this project. Amazing! I would not have pulled off what I did without her help!!

Jasmine Shumba was absolutely fantastic, in trying to find me the perfect home. Wonderful personality, and super polite!! If you are searching for a beautiful home, would absolutely recommend her, any time, any place. Wonderful people!!!

RESPONSE to Owner: The realtor that is trying to demand payment for NOT selling us a home is assigned to this office. Please see the screenshot image below from her latest email. ORIGINAL message: We had to terminate a sale at the last minute and lose our earnest money after a month of asking an agent from this agency to ask the seller to cover some of the closing costs. She never did heeded our requests, but still demands payment for not selling us a house. It is a serious violation of the Code of Ethics and just plain petty. I hope this fee is worth a lifetime of bad advertising! Shame on you guys!
