The listing agent, Regan Englund, has no professionalism at all. Took forever with many follow-ups for her to communicate and would only do so by text. Problems with home and she took her good time to answer our agent (who was spectacular and not from Keller Williams). Never answered the agent in a timely manner and never would haven phone converts when texting was not appropriate. Our agent contacted the Broker to advise of problems with home and he is non responsive and PROVIDES NO INPUT OR ASSIST WITH RESOLUTION to the situation. Stay away from this real estate agent company. Look at the other reviews and rating. This is not just me!!

I worked on a transaction with Bobbi Simpson Backstrom. The family, friends of mine, were moving here from out of state and flew in to find a home. She found them the perfect home with some land, that was their main stipulation with enough room for their extended family. When they wanted a specialized inspection and a contractor to bid on some renovation work, she was right there with the perfect resources to get the job done. A great job, everyone, including myself, the loan officer, was happy and this new chapter of their lives can start out with everything taken care of. This review is for Lori Bullard. Lori is amazing hands down. She helped us with buying our first house and made the process so easy with the least amount of stress possible. She is so on top of things, timely, professional, and kept us in the loop at ALL times and even answered our phone calls late at night. Lori is such a good negotiator as well and really just wants the best deal for her client with also realistic expectations given where the market is at. Lori really cares and it shows. She has so much experience and a great attitude and made this process fun. I highly recommend using her for buying and even selling as she has done so many deals in the larger Twin Cities Metro area lately. We will always be suggesting Lori to our friends looking for help.
