Months after closing, the HVAC installed in the renovated house broke down. The company that installed the system didn't leave their information on the air conditioner outside. Mike Woodside, one of the realtors at KW, went the extra mile and then another by going through the closing documents to find a warranty with AHS and also learned from the selling agent who the HVAC installer was. My HVAC was repaired without me paying a cent. Mike is committed to his clients after closing.
