Make you pay for the inspection after they know things are wrong and lo and behold you get all the inspection and it’s filled with mad things that need to fix. NC do not require to disclose of anything wrong wit my house and the can mark yes no or NR which means no representation. So they lie on the disclosures forms to have you pay the due diligence and inspection only to lose in the en when it comes back

Lisa Archer was buyers agent that was showing our house. She is very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. We just invested a lot of money into renovations of kitchen, brand new expensive flooring, refinished staircase, painting walls, bathrooms...etc and she said that everything needs to be redone. Please!!!!! Do not use her to purchase or sell your house. She doesn't know anything. Here are just some of the pictures of the remodeling that was done that she said needs to be replaced. Realtors like her do not need to represent such a big company.
