Kevin is THE BEST! We had to househunt twice in the last 7 weeks. Finally found a new construction that could meet our closing date of today (1/19/2024). Kevin’s advice, flexibility and knowledge of the industry is unmatched!!!

I rented an apartment through Keg Realtors in 2024. Unfortunately he failed to bring the place up to par for inspection and it went into abatement. Now he's refusing to return my deposit. Although he never said anything about us painting that musty apartment he now claims he didn't authorize it. What about the rats sir? Keg literally lied about a rat infestation and because he can't hold a voucher he wants to hold my deposit. I am filing for the return of my deposit through small claims court. People beware---Keg is a slumlord-Run as fast as you can. I would have given a negative star if it had been possible.

I am just starting to work with this company, but the people are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am considering asking them to host my real estate license I intend to test for next month. If you're property hunting and looking for Southern hospitality, look no further, Keg Realtor is #1.

Penny Hilton was great. Very helpful. Honestly, she was the only realtor in Warner Robins to us the time of day. And when the first place didn’t work out she took us to several other homes we were interested in even though they weren’t her listings and later that day she sent us another one that was exactly what we were looking for. Awesome service and very nice.

I was a tenant at one of their houses that they had for rent, and it was single-handedly the worst renting experience of my life. Of course they were very cordial at first, and promised to take care of some cosmetic damage as a selling point for us to move in to the property. Unluckily for us it was just a sales tactic and they had no intention of having those things fixed until it started affecting our son. The house was roached infested from the start, but we were blamed and told that it was our responsibility to do pest control. However, the house should have already been clean before we moved in and not already filled with roaches and other pests.
