I applied at The loft at Globe Mill in Utica, Ny. The place is beautiful but management is where the problem is. Everything was going well until Jackie boss (the man higher up than her) got involved. First interaction with this man was when I called to check the status of my application. He was very rude over the phone and dismissive. Second interaction was yesterday afternoon, Jackie called we had a conversation, throughout the conversation I can hear this same man with the same rude tone in the background telling Jackie what to tell me. I will state this Jackie has been nice very helpful she is not the problem, it her boss.
