Looking, nice floor plan. Just keep in mind you will need pre approval with kb lenders. Well in my case anyways.
New KB development on Spring Mountain Rd West of Durango. Great in city location. Model 1203 a 2 Bedroom with optional 3rd bedroom starts at $349,000.
My son lives here. His house is awesome! Nice homes, clean Neighborhood.
Fast. Dismissive. Business only. They get a lot of traffic and it's easy to tell by the way the staff handle you, just like another number. Wish they were better, because I do like some of their houses. Just blunt people. Sorry. It is what it is.
Like it because it situated on one of the peaceful locations of North Las Vegas.
