Building our first home in this soon to be Beautiful neighborhood. Not sure why The lady named Kim in the comment section made a negative comment about it Being to hidden when There’s no house even built yet. So I wouldn’t take her word for anything because she’s obviously lying. I really wasn’t gonna comment on that, but I feel so passionately about our KB home because of the staff because of the quality and the wonderful floorplans that they have. They’ve worked so well with us along the process and we are very excited and confident in the choice that we made with KB. They’re going to be with us through every phase and step of the way even after our house is built it’s going to be in a resort in style living area and if you know anything about Epperson Lagoon community its going to be ju

So far the process of finding our home has been amazing Richard has been attentive, patient, and over all incredible to work with. As a first time home buyer all of this seems scary and everything is new and we have been put at ease with the process so far!

Well built but the exterior is all garage, where's the entry 2/10 of the whole experience...Not welcoming..As a single it doesn't even feel safe to enter in the evening or night ..Too hidden..
