Let me start off with saying K.B Homes sucks. They have no care for the surrounding neighbors that are adjacent to the new development. Our house sit much lower to the new development buy 2' to 3' in some areas there are practically building on top of us so 30' two stories homes will be able to look right into other people's windows and yards our privacy has been stripped from us . The original developer had in his plans for privacy trees all around the entire lot. Not sure why K.B Homes took the project on from 2015 to 2024 there was crickets no public hearing of any kind. And then in the summer of 2025 a guy by the name of Ron the project manager comes knocking on the residences doors saying to us that our back fence is on there property and if we don't take the fence down that they wer
