Working with Lauren at the Oasis project in Orlando was a great experience. Great customer service and professionalism.
I had such a great experience thanks to Lauren! I stopped by last minute to check out a KB Homes new construction, and even though there was no electricity at the time, she handled everything so smoothly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and still took the time to walk me through everything without missing a beat. Her customer service really stood out, she stayed positive, patient, and made the whole experience feel easy despite the circumstances. Because of her, I would absolutely come back and work with KB Homes in the future if it aligns. Highly recommend asking for Lauren if you get the chance!
