Do your homework before you put any money down and make sure you get knowledgeable representatives feeding you information. The realtor told us it would be about "six months" to build the home - in your dreams. Two months later and $20K committed we are now told it will take eight months to build the home. We entered into a six month lease on an apartment. The rent is going up $200 at the end of the lease. We have three storage units, the rent is already going up on those units. Thanks KB for your qualified, knowledgeable staff. You make buying a home a very pleasant experience.

After living a home that they built for many years it’s appalling to see the short cuts and extremely poor craftsmanship by them and their preferred subcontractors. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They only care about the sale. Once they got their money they no longer care about anything else.

I love this place so much, I go 5 times a week
