The location of the homes are good, but that is the only thing good about KB Home. The quality and standards they use for the homes is subpar at best. They don’t care about making sure things are done correctly, they just care about the homes being “liveable” and good enough to pass occupancy codes. Ultimately we don’t regret buying our home here because of the location, but we should have pushed for a lower price because we will be spending thousands of dollars over the coming years fixing the crappy wire that KB Homes finds acceptable.

I don’t know who supposedly came to my house, but never rang the doorbell never knocked on my door. I specifically took this day off so that they can come by and fix the things that they were supposed to fix!! They left me a note saying that they came by 1:07 PM. Heidi I’m very disappointed I don’t think I’m gonna have them come back at all. Is the worst service I’ve had in a long time I give you a thumbs -0

It was a great experience working with them. Our point of contact, Byron, was extremely helpful during the construction of the home. Went out of his way to satisfy our needs during the contraction working with the other trades. Heidi was extremely helpful in the closeout of the property. Our salesperson, Sol, was very helpful in making the sale of the property. Thank you!
