Good Design Center, but Field Execution and Oversight Fall Short Our KB Home Studio consultation was smooth, and the design staff were professional and helpful. Several aspects of the build turned out well: kitchen cabinetry, granite/quartz countertops, and the alternate kitchen layout are well thought out and neatly installed. Kitchen tile work is acceptable, basic carpet looks fine, and both electrical and plumbing systems function properly. Unfortunately, many finishes did not match the quality shown in the Studio showroom. Paint and trim exhibit uneven coverage, visible drips, and gaps. LVP flooring cracks and locking mechanism is compromised because of improper sub floor prep or not leveled floor, and brickwork displays excessive and wide mortar joints with multiple voids and visibl

Pleased with Quality of Construction and KB Home staff are a delight! We spent several days arguing over color shades, options and budgets. Stanley and the rest of the team were very accommodating and patient. Final decision has not been made, however I think we are going for it.

Jonathan is absolutely amazing. He always went above and beyond with communication and helping us design our home. You couldn’t ask for a better employee:)

Well equipped with building inventories, and designs. I visited the Design Studio on a scheduled appointment with my buyer. Needed changes were made. Staff very knowledgeable with products, asked questions to ensure she heard a question correctly. All changes we requested were made right there. The staff ability to listen attentively enabled us to make the changes needed and left in a recorded time.
