Kay's management company is very professional. I've never had a problem at any location I've rented from Kay. Any problem I may have experienced I could call her day or night and received prompt service. I've seen her help a lot of people find homes and apartments. She helped people who weren't even paying their rent for months on end. I would definitely recommend her company to someone

I stayed in one of their properties for 2 years(3600 Eldorado Ave)…That was by far one of the most filthiest,infestation buildings I have ever lived in. The property manager(Kay) is the most disrespectful nasty person I have ever talked to in my life. I inquired about my heat not working and she got smart with me. Really really unprofessional. The landlord(Solomon) is all about money…he cares more about the outside of the building then the apartments itself. That building is heavily infested with roaches and mice. It was utterly ridiculous. I highly highly recommend NOONE EVER IN LIFE RENTS FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!!!

Do not!!!Rent from them, I was Illegally evicted, they kept my security deposit...from the moment I moved in there was issues! Kay Whyte, is the property manager shes very unprofessional, poor communication skills and has a really bad sense of entitlement....I still have the photos of everything!!!

She Loves To Keep Peoples Security Deposits as Well As Don’t Fix Nothing To Add If U Need Maintenance Some Junkies Will Pull Up To Fix The Problems But She Rather Take The Cheap Way Out. She A Slum Lord An Don’t Let Her Be Property Manger Of Something You Own
