Management has been awfully slow to fix anything or respond to call or emails. Lots of issues with their buildings that they do not fix. Will only respond if you threaten 311 or HPD. Please, if you are looking at living in one of their buildings, look else where.
No heat for the past 3 days. Had a fire due to lack of heat from using the space heater for too long a few weeks ago. This has been a problem for years. The entire building has no heat.
I would insult slumlords by calling this landlord a slumlord. Irresponsible, apathetic, greedy, ignorant.... if I keep going I would use every negative word in the dictionary.
