Overall great experience. Parking can be tricky on the main road but if you drive around back there is a dedicated parking lot and you can go in the back entrance. They are busy at times but they keep the lines moving as fast as possible. Being sure to have all you paperwork ready makes things go faster too.

If you are planing on buying/selling a property I highly recommend Kaufman County Title & Abstract Co. Great Custumer Service. Always with a great attitude answering the phone and happy to help you.
