The management staff makes living here AMAZING. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are top notch. Love the location and walking the Katy Trail every day. Have NEVER had maintenance respond like Juan and his team do at KT. He’s JUAN in a MILLION! Love this community!

Maintenance is AMAZING — Juan is the kindest and most thoughtful soul, so punctual! Taylor & Monica are my go to girls! They always keep me in the loop on package updates, and were a huge help during the freeze — warned me to keep my tap running! Mandy is always so energetic and understanding! When I had an issue with my puppy barking she was so helpful and gave me solutions that ended up working!

I just moved into Katy Trail Uptown Apartments in October, and I couldn’t be happier! The property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home. What really sets this community apart is the amazing staff. Juan, is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond—he’s truly the best! Monica, the assistant property manager, made my move seamless and was so kind and professional throughout. Their dedication and friendliness have made my transition effortless. This is the first property that I genuinely love living at! This place is awesome. The front desk ladies are amazing, Juan the Maitenance man couldn't be better. They truly make it feel like home and it wouldn't be the same without them. I've lived here 2.5 years and plan on renewing again in the spring.
