Katy Court by Pulte Homes

This review is for the Inframark HOA which is really bad about the maintenance and other requests. Every couple of months admin people changes and help desk people act as they own the place, puts their own rules. The amenities they have on this community is peanuts for the HOA fees collected.

Awesome experience working with everyone at Pulte. Corbin, Matt, Todd, Juanita, Marie. Buying our first home from them never felt such a seamless and delightful process. Our builder, Matt, was especially professional and helpful. He has a wonderful team of vendors that helped support him expeditiously with any issues we had with our house prior to closing.

Beautifully appointed home that I've just purchased. Small bumps along the way to closing but things went according to plan and seamless. Appreciated everyone from Pulte involving in this transaction.

Buying with Pulte home has been a great experience in Katy Court. The staff are nice and professional, from the office Corbi and the construction manager Richi. But If you have to choose a loan process runnnnnnn from Pulte Mortgage and RRRRUUNNNN from Jocelyn Palencia, it has a loan processor worse experience. She waits until the last 1 minute to ask for documentation for loan processing. She makes the experience very uncomfortable and stressful. Underwriting also waits until the last minute and asks crazy questions that I have never been asked.

Awesome experience working with Corbin and Lauren Liermann and the Pulte group as a whole. We walked out of three new construction locations before meeting with Corbin and have felt updated and included every step since.
