Katlyn Property Management

We have been renting a property from them for almost a year. It has been a great experience and the communication has been there. I am not sure why so many reviews say lack of communication because if I have a question and I call during their open hours I get a response and an answer quickly. 10/10 would recommend

This company is amazing, they are always so understanding and helpful in any way possible. The property manager is so nice, she knows how to get the job done and make sure that the tenants are happy. The owners and office staff always go over and beyond for present and future tenants! Katlyn property management is a great company to rent from I have been a renter for 5+ years and I have never had an issues with the office staff, owners, or maintenance!

Everyone has been so nice to me helping me find a new home in Battle Creek and helping me with my paperwork I really appreciate their help

Love the girls at the front desk! Always so sweet & helpful! Anytime I've made a maintenance request it's been figured out quickly! They are always willing to work with you when you need them to. No where in albion will you find as much house and yard you get for the price with KP.

This company is not qualified to rent homes nor qualify people for rentals. The office manager is extremely rude and not qualified for her position as she refuses to answer questions with a direct answer. They refuse to let you talk to upper management as the office manager is afraid of being either fired or reprimanded for her actions. She is truly not a person who needs to be in direct contact with the potential renters. There are several homes they have left empty due to owners being out of state and not having to answer to them. I was unable to talk to upper management but if they let her handle anything there company will soon be bankrupt... Very unprofessional people.... We would not advise anyone to rent from this company.. They need to be investigated and the home owners need to b
