Katie Court Apartments

Horrible experience trying to rent an apartment here because I have a service animal due to my strokes and diabetes. If you have a service animal, don't waste your time trying to get a place here. I have a 650 credit score and 6x the rent and was still having to go through a bunch of hoops. I got tired of the games and told this place to forget about the apartment, that I no longer wanted to rent from their company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING HERE IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL... BEWARE.....

From day one I had a ticking noise from inside the wall, and saw dead roaches on the floor and started to clean my place trying to eliminate as much as I could... I didn't physically move here till January. But, I was told by office staff as long as I pay my rent and deposit... 2 - 3 days before the end of the month.. it' OK to move in.. Since it was December and Christmas was past and then New Years Eve was close... but I didn't really move anything at my apartment because it was roach infested and I bombed the place in the mean time.. Forwards... today February 28th... my bill was $505.00 + 52.00 and change because I moved in 3 days earlier than the date.. While on vacation, Apartment was broken into, ramshackle and vandalized , and stole my car..property management did nothing even though there’s cameras and supposedly 24 hours security, this complex is not safe neither is the area..pictures coming soon

Love it here is clean and quiet💯 I am not living here I came to visit a friend for couple weeks and I fell in love with place I met maintenance guy he was awesome helped me with my groceries 😇 people said this place have homeless around is true but they don't bother no one I am in and out with no problems. They only sleep s there at parking lot corner but in morning they move to the Park 🏞️ side . I think those poor people have to sleep somewhere. Katie court I love you 💗

Katie Court Apartments has made several huge improvements in the last year. They're now gated, they hired a private security firm recently, and their staff is second to none. Maintenance is super fast, pest control is on point, and they're just nice people, easy to deal with. It's a peaceful place, and I certainly recommend living here!
